    In spring and summer the park is awash with color as various flowers bloom. 1,800 roses bloom from May to June and also from October to November. In May, the roses are lit with lights. The park is located in central Fuji City, that is easily accessible by car.

A Flower tower and an abundant amount of hanging flower displays all of which seasonally replanted, have given the North side of Shin-Fuji Station an extraordinary look to the delight of visitors, with Mt. Fuji as the backdrop it makes for a photogenic entrance to the City of Fuji.
